Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms matar paneer:paneer cubes


  • 1 cups peas


  • 1 cups fried full makhana


  • 1 cups onion paste


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp kashti methi


  • 2 tsp amul fresh cream


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups creamy dal:whole urad dal


  • 2 cups rajma


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 2 pinch hing


  • 2 tsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Matar Paneer:Paneer ko cubes main cut kar le.
  • Oil heat kar garlic saute kar onion add kar bhune jab onion bhun jaye all masala ,tomato puree and ginger dal kar masala bhune peas add kar bhune
  • jab peas cook ho jaye to paneer cubes and fried full makhana dale gravy bana le. Kashti methi and fresh cream garnish kar serve kare.
  • Note..gravy main boil water add kare. Boil water se gravy ke uper foam nahi banti hai.
  • Creamy dal:Dal and rajma wash kar cooker main dale 2cups water add kar 2 whistle lagwa kar gas off kar de
  • cooker jab cool ho jaye to lid nikal kar water dale all masala add kar lid laga kar 2 whistle lagwa kar gas ko slow kar 1 hour ke liye slow heat par cook kar le.
  • Dal tadka:Pan main desi ghee heat kar onion roast kare phir tomato puree dale
  • jab tadka ready ho jaye to dal main dal de. Amul cream se garnish kar hot 2 serve with chapati/rice.
